For Doctorate courses it is the guide who if satisfied can give you scholarships or funding even if you are having low scores of GRE

How about California State University-Fresno ?
You will make me BAD MAN on net, still I can tell you the informatin I have; This is one university where you can get admissions with 800 in GRE, but they will definitely spoil 6 months to 1 year of your life by forcing you to do pre-requisite courses, although I-20 will be issued for MS.
I call these as hidden expenses, which shocks the students only after reaching Fresno and upsets all your budgets. Also, part time jobs in Fresno is just nil and you dont get on campus jobs even with difficulty except few lucky ones. Rest ball is in your court
I get calls from consultants to go USA without IELTS/TOEFL, Is it true ?
Ha Ha, Friend most of reputed universities dont even give admissions without these qualifying exams, only community colleges give admissions for which their is hardly any visa success rate. As finally visa counselor is the deciding authority not the consultant but one thing is for sure, by opting for these consultants you help them in getting richer .
What is better for USA education, IELTS/TOEFL ?
IELTS & TOEFL both are having equal validity but IELTS is pen and paper test and TOEFL is online test, now you must set parameters by taking into consideration the way exam is conducted and scoring, as per us better opt for IELTS, rest is your sole discretion.

Is GRE mandatory for getting admissions to US universities ?
No, many US universities don’t need GRE to admit students, but as per me this is not advisable, except 2-5% of students who get visa in these universities, rest are refused. One very important fact is that universities don’t rule the visa counselor, so for any reason if officer is not satisfied you will be refused visa and that will create problems in future for getting US visas.
Can I trust rankings of universities as available on site?
I will always suggest NO! As there is no parameter for these rankings, may be these universities don’t suit your need. To select a university always set the parameter for scholarships available, fee structure, faculty available, and above all acceptability of degrees after completion of education and jobs during education. Also, must take into consideration housing available.
What is minimum score required to get admissions in US universities?
For getting this requirement you will have to check the website of the university OR may send the mail directly to the concerned department, important:- different departments in the same university may have different requirement of scores, for courses in Pharmacy and Physiotherapy, most of the universities have cut off too.
Which one is better for a computer engineer, Australia OR America?
Definitely America, in any way except if you have some personal reasons OR family ties up in another country.
I am Mechanical Engineer, with 2 year of work experience, Can I apply for MS in USA?
Yes, definitely and you will get priority for that experience. Must make one LOR from your employer to be sent to university. Make sure you are able to answer Visa counselors question, Why you want to restart your education after two years of working?
