Citing technical reasons, ETS cancelled online test appointments for number of Graduate Record Examination aspirants, who have booked the appointments months before till Feb 2013.

The message circulated to the candidates speaks;

"We regret to inform that your test appointments scheduled with Prometric had to be cancelled due to technical glitches experienced by the site," candidates should get in touch with Prometric for an alternative date and venue for the test.

The GRE is a standardised test for admissions to top notch USA, Canadian universities & around the world, is administered directly by ETS through its associates in India, with no government agency monitoring the said exam.

With cancellation of exam hundreds of students are going to suffer for admissions, as every university has the deadline to submit GRE scores to them in order to get the I-20's & complete visa procedure in time.
